“Have had pretty mixed results here so far. Two drive through lanes, one is always closed. Service is on the slow side, taking 15-20 minutes to get through the drive-thru even when it's not busy. Employees have always been friendly when I visited, but often they look like they're wandering around the kitchen without much direction. Food is good, but half the times I've been there my drink has gotten mixed up. I think that this location either needs a new manager or needs more time spent on employee training so everybody in the kitchen knows what they're supposed to be doing. I love Popeyes but with this level of service they're not gonna hold up against Zaxby's right down the road. UPDATE MAY 2023: For the last month or two, I've had much more consistent service at this location. It's still not perfect - one drive thru lane is still always closed, possibly indicating staffing trouble - but on average the employees still working here seem much more experienced, and I've had much less trouble with drink mixups and long wait times. They still have the occasional issue, but no more than the other fast food options in town. Hoping they continue to improve, but for the time being you can at least eat here and expect a pretty standard experience.”

“Relatively new fan of Popeye's. The fries are really good, although not sure why they are called Cajun. They are seasoned but not spicy. Chicken sandwich is awesome! LARGE piece of chicken, always crispy crunchy with right amount of grease.”

“Drive thru operator kind and courteous. Food handed to us with a smile and within 8 minutes of our order time. Food was hot and fresh. We have only ordered food twice since opening but both times we’ve had no reason to complain. Thank you.”

“So to all the negative reviews… this place just opened and I guarantee there were more people there than what your normal Popeyes would have on a regular day. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a spicy tenders meal and a nugget meal. The whole experience took me between 15-20 minutes which I’m sure was because there were a ton of people there. They were out of a lot of things (medium cups, bottles of water, etc.) but I also understand that they were most likely overwhelmed when they opened this week. Once I received my food at the window from a polite employee, I drove to my house two miles away and ate it. The chicken tenders had obviously been cooked awhile before I ordered them and the fries, too, tasted like they had sat just a little bit however I would say that would be par for the course at any fast food restaurant nowadays. So to sum it up… I felt like I received an average Popeyes experience. Not outstanding but not horrible. Temper your expectations… this isn’t a Ruth Chris for crying out loud.”
